As the video played you are to take notes and formulate your opinion about the quote. Do you either agree, strongly agree, disagree, strongly disagree.

In class we split into the four opinions and discussed it together. At the end of the discussing you should have reasons why that support your opinion on the quote.

Today in class as a bellwork we answered the following question:

Do you agree or disagree with this quote and why. If you dont understand this quote think of the quote backwards.

As you watch the video we took notes on anything that was said. Afterwards we discussed about the main themes of the Renaissance on the board. It is not only to introduce the Renaissance but to get in the habit of writing down notes rather than just copying them.
